What we collect
Consultation forms collect your name, email, optional phone number, goals, message, how you found Mike and the page your enquiry came from. Guide forms collect your name, email, chosen guide and how you found Mike.
Find your plan uses your selections to suggest a coaching option. If you submit the consultation form beneath your result, the summary, including any injury selection, is sent with your enquiry. Please share only what is necessary and save medical records or detailed health information for a private conversation with Mike.
WhatsApp tap records contain the page, button location and time, not your name, email or WhatsApp conversation. Hosting providers may separately process technical information such as IP addresses for security and service operation.
How we use it
Mike uses enquiry details to respond and discuss the coaching you have requested. Guide details record your request, provide an immediate download and email you a link to the requested PDF. Mike receives an email with your name, email, chosen guide and how you found him. Submitting either form does not sign you up to a newsletter.
The lawful basis for responding to a coaching enquiry is taking steps at your request before entering a contract. Limited service records and WhatsApp tap counts support legitimate interests in running and improving the website. Health information needs additional protection and an appropriate condition under UK data protection law; any necessary health assessment and permissions should be discussed privately before coaching begins.
We do not sell your information. Consultation enquiries are sent to Mike's email inbox, without saving a copy in the website's database. Lovable and its email service providers process the message to send it and maintain delivery records. Guide requests are stored through Lovable Cloud. Service providers may process data outside the UK; details of applicable safeguards can be requested from Mike.
How long we keep it
Mike manages consultation enquiries in his email inbox. New consultation enquiries are not saved in the website's database. Guide request records are stored until reviewed or deleted; this website does not currently delete them automatically. You can ask Mike to delete your details at any time. If you become a client, Mike will explain any separate record-keeping requirements.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, restrict its use, object to processing based on legitimate interests and request portability where applicable. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it. Some rights depend on the circumstances. Contact Mike using the details above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
The website remembers your cookie choice in your browser. Google Analytics loads only if you accept analytics cookies, to measure page visits, enquiry clicks, accepted consultation submissions, guide requests and guide download clicks. Guide events include only a fixed guide identifier and the page path. We do not send form details, visitor names, email addresses or injury answers to Google Analytics. Advertising features are disabled. Google may process analytics information outside the UK under its own privacy terms. You can change your choice using Cookie settings. WhatsApp tap counts are recorded without placing a tracking cookie.
Instagram videos connect to Instagram only when you choose to load them. Instagram may then receive technical details, including your IP address, and use cookies under its own policy. You can leave videos unloaded and still use the rest of the website. Opening WhatsApp, Google Maps, Facebook or Instagram takes you to that provider, whose privacy terms then apply.
